About the job

We're looking for a talented head of growth & marketing to join our team.

You'll have full autonomy over our growth and marketing strategies. You'd design, execute, measure, and iterate on strategies. You'd set measurable KPIs and aggressive growth targets.

You'd work on maintaining and growing relationships with VIP customers (including top DAOs and journalists), and work with existing & new customers across channels like Discord and Twitter.

Since we're a very early stage startup, we're looking for someone to wear hats beyond growth and marketing, including managing our social media and holding community events on our Discord.

About you

We don't have any hard requirements for what we're looking for, so even if you don't meet the criteria listed here but still think you'd be a great fit, we'd love to hear from you.

We're looking for someone that's results-driven, self-directed, and aren't afraid to set ambitious goals and clearly communicate what's needed to achieve them.

You've been around the web3 community for a while, and have a good understanding of novel token-based incentive mechanisms to drive growth. You're active on Twitter and Discord, and have experience working with DAOs.

If you're passionate about the creator economy, cryptocurrency, web3, and writing/publishing/blogging, that'd be even better.
